2026 UNLSA Annual General Meeting and Election of the 2027 Committee
The UNLSA’s 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held on 16 September 2026, at 06:00 PM via Zoom. There will be no in-person attendance available.
The Zoom link will be https://uonewcastle.zoom.us/j/81679194493
Attendance at the AGM will be open to UNLSA members only. If you wish to attend the AGM and have not yet purchased a membership for 2026, you can do so via the ‘Sign Up’ tab on this site. Memberships will be checked before attendees are admitted to the Zoom meeting room.
Formal notice was issued to members in accordance with University rules and the Associations Incorporation Act 1986 (NSW) on 26 August 2026, and nominations for the 2027 Committee opened on the same day.

26 August 2026: Notice of AGM issued, 2026 Committee Positions Guide releaed, and 2027 Committee Nominations opened.
6 September 2026, 11:59 PM: 2026 Committee Nominations will close.
10 September 2026: 2027 Committee Nominees Guide published.
16 September 2026, commencing 06:00 PM: 2025/26 Annual General Meeting to be held.
